Javier de Rojas Roca de Togores
Socio
Javier de Rojas founded Maraz Corporate Finance in 2013. For 5 years, he worked as Managing Director at Clairfield International, an international M&A network focused on middle market transactions. His career began as a Financial Auditor at Grant Thornton. Subsequently, he was CFO for Spain at Sibelco with a high level of M&A activity. After 9 years in this mining multinational, he embarked on the restructuring project of the Jofel Group, as CFO.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Alicante, an MBA from the Instituto de Empresas (IE) and a Master in Auditing from the University Miguel Hernández (UMH).
Javier specializes in Financial and Strategic Management, M&A transactions and Financial Restructuring.
Paula Rey Bonastre

Paula Rey completed a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration (DADE) at the University of Alicante (UA) in 2025.
She is currently undertaking the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
She has completed an internship at Garrigues in Alicante.
Carla Navarro Ramón
Analista
Carla Navarro holds a dual international degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alicante and in International Business from the University of North Florida.
She has two years of experience in roles involving internal audit, risk analysis, and accounting.
Ana Agulló Arques
Analista
Ana Agulló graduated in 2025 with a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration (DADE) from the University of Alicante (UA).
She has recently completed a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance at CUNEF in Madrid.
